About Us

Tombak Moringa Organik (TMO) was founded with a deep connection to North Sumatra, the hometown of our founders’ family. Despite the region’s fertile land and abundant natural resources, many local farmers faced significant challenges in sustaining their livelihoods. At the same time, highly nutritious superfoods such as moringa remained underutilized within these communities.

Motivated by a desire to create meaningful impact, TMO embarked on a mission to revitalize unused farmland through the cultivation of moringa—a crop renowned for its exceptional health benefits and resilience. This initiative evolved into a broader commitment to empower farmers, promote sustainable agricultural practices, and bring premium Indonesian moringa and distinctive Sumatran spices like andaliman to both domestic and international markets.

Today, TMO collaborates closely with local farmers overseeing more than 300 hectares of moringa cultivation in East Java. Our partnership with the Beyond Moringa Indonesia Association—where our founder, Veronika, serves as a board member responsible for Government and International Relations—further strengthens our efforts to support community development and ensure sustainable, responsible farming.
